Rise of the Twins

It was like any other day, Stefon woke up showered and as always dressed to impress. Today he wore a pair of low-rise jeans and a very tight tee that showed off his swimmers build. His shoulder length auburn hair was tied back into a pony tail and his teal green eyes sparkled with a knowing look.

Stefon- ”Sarah, you almost ready? I wan to be there before Alex today! Do you think you can handle that?”

Sarah- “Give me two seconds.”

Sarah came down the stairs, she is the same 5’ 11’’ as her brother. She’s slender but toned with years of running. Her dyed light blue hair and frost colored eyes were set off today by a white long-sleeve shirt and a long dark blue skirt. The exact opposite of her twin.

Stefon- ”won’t you be hot in that?”

Sarah- “Um, yeah, hott is what I strive for.”

Stefon- “You know what I mean, sometimes I wonder whether we are really twins or if the stork made a wrong delivery.”

Sarah- “Well, lets go be fore Alex gets there. How is your little crush going on the Summer’s boy.”

Stefon- “He is fine and I told you we are friends and nothing more. Besides he is straight and dating Lorna.”
Sarah “That girl with the green hair? She so copied me last month green was my new blue.”

Stefon “Well even if she is it is time to go.”

They get in Stefon’s Jeep and drive off to Bay View High.


Bay View High

Alex “ Yo, Stefon, What’s up with your sis?”

Stefon “You know I don’t know or care anymore. As for what’s wrong, she just found out that you are goin out with Lorna and she thinks that Lorna is copyin her style.”

Alex “Well then at least she can stop goin on about the two of us bein an item, but I gotta get out of here and go meet the girlfriend or she’ll skin my hide! See ya!”

Alex waves and Stefon walks to his locker to grab his pre-calc book and starts toward class. Being this is his senior year he has been trying to take it easy and is flying through his courses with ease.

On his way he notices a new kid out the corner of his eye. The new guy watches him and when Stefon walks into the classroom the guy follows him in.

All throughout the class Stefon is distracted by this person who seems to be drilling a hole in the back of his head.

Still thinking about this guy at lunch he walks up to his sister.
Stefon “I got this really bad feeling about him, just be careful.”

It is last period, gym, and there he is again. Luckily Sarah and Stefon share the class and she notices him too.

Sarah “I think we should go,  I don’t trust him.”

Stefon “I think you are right, lets go.”

As they walk away from him, he advances and somehow speedily gets in front of them.

Stranger “Hey, where do you think you two are goin?”

Sarah “Uh home, what’s it to you?”

Stranger “You aren’t goin anywhere, the Brotherhood of Mutants wants you to join their ranks.”

Stefon “I think you are mistaken, we don’t have powers, we aren’t mutants.”

Stranger “Really?” Then before anyone could see him he grabbed a javelin and launched it at Sarah.

Stefon didn’t know what he was doing but he threw his hands up with Sarah and in front of them was a wall of fire and ice.

Twins together “How did I do that?”

Stranger “Not mutants huh?”
By then the entire school was on the field and the teachers were all too scared to do anything to stop this fight. So everyone stands watching enthralled with what is occurring.

Alex “Quicksilver, where is Scarlet Witch, you never travel far from each other?”

Quicksilver “She is taking care of Lorna Dane, better known as Polaris and you must be Havok, Cyclops’s little brother.”

Stefon “You’re a mutant? How come you never told me?”

Alex “I could say the same for you!”

Sarah “This can wait now we have to deal with this creep but I have no idea how to do that again.”

Alex “Don’t worry, I got him.”

He raises one hand in the air and the other out before him but Quicksilver was to fast for him and started running in circles around Alex creating a vacuum. Alex wasn’t breathing and as Stefon realized this he went up to the cyclone and stuck his foot out. Quicksilver as fast as he is didn’t see that coming and was on the ground with a face full of dirt.

Stefon ran to check on Alex and when he looked up again Quicksilver was nowhere to be seen. It looked like there was going to be a riot.
